Shipping delays: We strive to ship all orders promptly. However, in unforeseen situations such as extreme weather conditions, customs delays, or delivery service issues, shipping times may be affected. In such cases, we are committed to keeping you informed about the status of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping services or circumstances beyond our control.


2. Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issue with your order, here is how we handle returns:

Accepted Returns: If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a refund or exchange within the first 7 days from the delivery date. To make a return, please contact us at Joaquinivancich@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defective item.

Non-return Conditions: We do not accept returns of customized products, such as framed photographs with specific frames or any custom artwork requested by the client. Returns of products that are not in their original, unused condition or without packaging will also be rejected.

Return Process: To proceed with a return, the product must be in its original condition and unused. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 14 to 30 business days.

Refunds: Refunds are processed through the same payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the process may take between 14 and 30 business days, depending on the payment provider.


3. Pricing Policy

All prices for our products and services are expressed in the local currency. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
