Online Store

1. Purchase Process:

By making a purchase in our online store, the user declares that the information provided is truthful, complete, and accurate. The purchase process includes product selection, payment, and order confirmation. Payment must be made in full for the transaction to be processed.

2. Product Availability:

Products offered in the shop are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, the user will be notified and offered the option to choose another product or receive a refund. Product availability may change without prior notice, and we do not guarantee that all products displayed on the site will be available at all times.

3. Purchase Confirmation:

Once the purchase is made, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation does not constitute a purchase contract, but an acknowledgment that the order has been received. The purchase contract is formalized once payment has been processed and the order has been shipped. If there is any error in the confirmation, the customer must notify us immediately to make the necessary corrections.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or external circumstances.

5. Return Policy:

We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or if there is an error in the order. Prints must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The customer must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence to initiate the return process.

6. Quality Guarantee:

All our products are inspected before shipping to ensure their quality. If the customer detects any manufacturing defect, they must notify us within 7 days of receipt to assess the possibility of a replacement or refund.

Photo Tours

Photo tours are organized activities in different locations that allow participants to explore natural environments while learning photography techniques.



1. Event Conditions:

Photo tours will take place on the dates and locations specified on the website. If the tour is canceled due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control), a new date or a refund will be offered, depending on availability and circumstances. The minimum number of participants required for the tour is 4. If the minimum is not met, the event may be canceled or rescheduled.

2. Behavior During the Photo Tour:

Participants must behave respectfully toward others and the natural environment. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or illegal may result in expulsion from the tour without refund. Participants are expected to follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

3. Safety:

Participants assume full responsibility for their personal safety and photographic equipment during the activity. Joaquín Ivancich Photography is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the photo tour. Participants are advised to have travel insurance and proper equipment for the activity.

4. Refund Policy:

If you cancel your reservation:

* More than 60 days in advance: 100% of the initial deposit will be refunded.
* Between 59 and 30 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
* Less than 30 days before: no refunds will be issued.
If the tour does not take place due to not reaching the minimum number of participants, a date change or a full refund will be offered.


5. Image Rights:

During the photo tours, photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. If a participant does not wish to appear in these images, they must notify us in writing beforehand.

Photography Workshops

The 1-on-1 photography workshops offer a personalized experience to improve the user’s photographic skills.



1. Enrollment Process:

To participate in a workshop, the user must register through our online platform and complete the payment. Registration will be confirmed by email. Spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.


2. Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, the workshop fee will not be refunded. If Joaquín Ivancich Photography must cancel the workshop due to force majeure, rescheduling or a full refund will be offered.

3. Activity Conditions:

Workshops will take place as indicated on the event description page. Schedules and locations are subject to change based on availability and local conditions. Participants will be informed of any significant changes in advance. Participants are expected to arrive on time and with their photographic equipment in optimal condition.


4. Participant Responsibility:

Participants are responsible for their photographic equipment. Joaquín Ivancich Photography is not liable for any damage or loss. It is recommended to have insurance for the photographic equipment.


5. Image Rights:

During the workshops, photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. If a participant does not wish to appear in these images, they must notify us in writing beforehand.


6. Educational Material:

The educational material provided during the workshops is for the participant’s exclusive use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior authorization.
